قابل توجه دانشجويان عزيز و مهندسين و مديران متولى نگهدارى زيرساختها كتاب راهنماى مديريت دارايى هاى زيرساختى ترجمه افشين فيروزى، مهدى خياطى و سعيد صادقى توسط انتشارات دانشگاه آزاد اسلامى، واحد علوم و تحقيقات  به چاپ رسيد. در مقدمه مترجمان اين كتاب آمده است: کتاب حاضر ترجمه ای است از "راهنمای سریع دستنامه بین المللی مدیریت دارایی" که برای دسترسی آسان تر به موضوعات مرتبط، ترجمه چهار عنوان نیز به تشخیص مترجمان به آن اضافه و به صورت پیوست این کتاب ارائه شده است. پیوست "الف" بین الزامات مشخصات فنی مدیریت دارایی های فیزیکی استاندارد بریتانیایی PAS 55 و دستنامه مدیریت زیرساخت IIMM جدول مقایسه ای ارائه می دهد که می تواند برای استفاده کنندگان از مشخصاتPAS 55 مفید باشد. جدول مورد اشاره در پیوست "ب" نیز تعاریف کلیدی مورد اشاره در استاندارد مدیریت دارایی ISO 55000 و IIMM را مقایسه می کند. در پیوست "ج" نیز بستر مورد اشاره مجمع جهانی مدیریت و نگهداری دارایی (GFMAM) مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. نهایتا پیوست "د"  ابزار ارزیابی سنجش سطح بلوغ سازمانها را مطابق با مشخصات PAS 55 ارائه می‌کند که در تعریف نقشه راه ایجاد و توسعه  مدیریت دارایی در یک سازمان نقش کلیدی دارد. هدف از تهیه این راهنمای سریع آشنایی مدیران، مهندسان و دانشجویان با چارچوب و موضوعات مبحث مدیریت زیرساخت می باشد. شایان ذکر است متن اصلی دست مهندسی و مدیریت زیرساخت...
